JIangsu Changba Group takes advanced Lean Six Sigma management model of production, and strictly follows the requirements by U.S. FDA QSR and the standard of ISO9001, ISO13485 in management, production process and quality control, to ensure our products meet or even surpass the ASTM or other countries standards. the result is all of our group's nitrile gloves have awarded the EU CE certificate, US FDA 510K letter and CHEMO certification.

1,Quality Control

Quality control is the most important procedure during our whole production. To ensure quality for clients' satisfaction and competitive power, we adopt only best raw materials available.

1,Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will match customers' requirements
2. Inspect the semi-finished goods
3. Online quality control
4. Final products quality control
5. Final inspection while packing up all the goods. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping
